Update version 0.3

New design elements:

- Updated standard source sprite.

- Updated environment sprites.

- Added health bar for player.

New Enemies:

- A fast tank does a lot of damage.

New items:

- Replenishment of cartridges.

Gameplay Changes:

- Ammo doesn't always do the same damage.

- Appeared indicator of the health of opponents.

- Changes in the balance.

Shot speed has been reduced.
