New design elements:

- Added land view

- Added walls

- Health sprites redrawn and new ones added.

New enemy:

- Big tank has a lot of health

New item:

- If you hit it, you lose health.

Change in the game process:

- Increased health of small tanks 2x

- Increased reload speed by 2x
